ODIN is a network of omics data production platforms, bioinformatics hubs and research teams,
to gather the expertise of UniCA laboratories in multi-omics data analysis.
The objectives of ODIN (Omics Data Integration Network) is to provide support for every UniCA research team to design, perform, analyze and publish their experiments with sequencing, mass spectrometry, cytometry and imaging readouts. This web portal lists the omics data production resources available in UniCA institutes, documents the associated bioinformatics analysis pipelines and enables their implementation on the network's IT infrastructures.
